Others said yes they liked Fairtax. But further discussion revealed - but had no idea, none, that Fairtax "fine print" and "assumptions" had Trillions of dollars of "other taxes."
They never saw, heard or could imagine Fairtax had the biggest part of the tax being massive taxes on cities, counties and states.
Furthermore, we suckers had no idea-- that in the clever "details" in documents they claimed was research, revealed that all cities, all states, all counties, and even the federal government would "raise their tax rates-- to for the trillions of dollars they would have to pay.
It took me weeks of looking in HR 25 to find any of this -- it's not there in a clear way.
But it is there -- if you get all their documents.
